This phase includes meeting up with developer/builder for plans, mapping out area for excavation, calling in locates and constant communication with other utilities and on-site developers. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with the client to create your vision.
Construction
When working with underground utilities safety is number one. We work with trusted subcontractors, and keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal.

Post-Construction
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, testing, and final inspections. B.H.Holmes also provides digital as-builts and service drawings for any utility. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your satisfaction.
